Abstract

"Le" in modern Chinese is a high-frequent and very complicated word, which has always been a hot topic in the Chinese grammar academic circle. The complexity of the word itself makes the acquisition one of the most difficult problems for learners. Based on the 80,000words composition corpus from German-speaking beginners in several universities in German-speaking areas, the study is aimed to sort out the types of errors in the use of “le” and explore the possible reasons behind so as to suggest some strategies of tackling.
